A fire at a leather factory kills 15 and injures 12 in Pingyang Country, east China's Zhejiang Province July 28, 2004. When the fire broke out at about 7:35pm Wednesday evening, more than 40 workers were still working at the Wenzhou Huihuang Leather Products Co Ltd. The fire was extinguished at about 3:00am Thursday morning. It is reported that the injured are in stable conditions and the cause of the fire is still under investigation.
